Works offline
Sales carry on when the internet drops. Each sale is saved on the device with its receipt and sent to AIPOS when the connection comes back. Open the POS once while online first, so it has your products.
Stock that adds up
Stock for each outlet, with a reorder level for each product, stocktakes, and wastage and loss recorded. An email tells you what’s running low, and you can see what your stock is worth. On Plus, raise purchase orders to your suppliers; on Pro, move stock between outlets.
Reports you can read
See today’s sales, best sellers, your busiest hours and sales by staff. Net sales leave out SST, service charge and tips, so the figure is what the shop earned. Open them on your phone or computer.
Staff and shifts
Each cashier signs in with their own PIN. Refunds and big discounts need a manager’s approval, and the activity log shows who did what. You can also have the cashier count the cash at close before seeing what the POS expected.
Kitchen and tables
Orders go straight to the kitchen screen or printer. Seat a table, send its rounds and settle one bill at the end, with tables you can move and merge. On Plus, guests can order from a QR code at their table, pay the bill there when you take online payments, and book a table online.
Customers and loyalty
Keep a profile for each regular. They collect points and redeem them at the counter, and group prices give members their own price. On Plus, add loyalty tiers, quotations and pay later for customers who settle by invoice.
